Facility & Equipment

Our facility offers ultrasonic welding and assembly of the components that we mold for our customers. If you should need modifications on your existing tools we have local Tool Makers that can provide excellent and quick revisions. We have the contacts and ability to obtain tooling from overseas if you desire. We also have many excellent resources if your job requires added services that we can access; pad printing, silk screening and painting to name a few.

We have a range of molding machines from 40 ton to 180 ton. An automated closed loop drying and loading system from dryer to molding machines is used to insure that there is no moisture or contamination to the production parts.
